Fixed fees you agreebefore any work begins

We can represent you in your immigration matter on a fixed fee basis with flexible payments. Where we agree a fixed fee from the outset, you will know exactly how much your case will cost.

The fee depends on the complexity of the case, the amount of supporting evidence, which language(s) you speak and whether you are applying with dependants. The ranges below cover most standard applications.

The small print

  1. Our charges do not include VAT, which we add at the prevailing rate of 20%. You are not liable for VAT if you have no permission to live in the UK, are a visitor, or are applying from abroad for entry clearance.
  2. Our fixed fee covers all work until a written decision is received for the stage you have instructed us on. If the application is refused, only initial advice on a potential appeal is included.
  3. If your matter does not conclude or you withdraw instructions, we reserve the right to charge for work done at our hourly rate.
  4. We normally submit applications within 4 weeks of instruction. We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to decide your application.
  5. Private fixed fees cover our solicitors' costs only, not disbursements. If unforeseen work arises we will tell you immediately and no further cost is incurred until a new fee is agreed in writing.
  6. Legal aid may not cover all costs. You may need to pay a contribution, and the Legal Aid Agency's statutory charge may apply to money or property you win or keep.
